Technicien Exploitation et Services

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of contractual services and client satisfaction through proximity management of building maintenance contracts
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, including planning operations and verifying technical service quality
• Control intervention quality and validate technical reports and regulatory documents
• Identify recurring anomalies and propose continuous improvement actions or equipment renewal plans
• Manage CMMS (GMAO) operations to ensure data reliability and respect of SLAs
• Contribute to the integration of digital tools such as IoT, connected sensors, BIM, and GEM/BOS
• Perform first-level proximity maintenance and act as a technical relay to ensure service continuity
• Monitor multi-service quality including cleaning, reception, and green spaces

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac+2/3) in building, maintenance, or Facility Management
• Initial experience in operations-maintenance or multi-service environments
• Solid technical foundation for first-level maintenance
• Autonomy, reactivity, and ability to manage priorities
• Strong sense of service and attention to detail
• Rigor, organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills
