Technicien Etudes de Prix

Responsibilities

• Analyze consultation files by breaking down works according to CCTP and estimating volumes and surfaces
• Study measurements and estimate costs while identifying anomalies or inconsistencies
• Propose technical variants to improve profitability and durability
• Consult suppliers for reference prices in collaboration with the buyer
• Price proposed variants and prepare quotes using ONAYA
• Synthesize response files and prepare technical memorandums
• Follow up on offers and address client requests or corrections
• Participate in commercial transfer meetings and prepare transfer files

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in building or construction economics
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in building envelope
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Robot/ONAYA
• Strong organizational, analytical, and rigorous skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
