Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic testing on locomotives, traction units, and RGV sets in strict accordance with testing procedures
• Troubleshoot and identify electrical faults using technical documentation and electrical schematics
• Accurately record all identified faults in defect tracking tools
• Document test results to compile technical delivery dossiers
• Adhere strictly to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts regarding Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in electrotechnics, maintenance, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in railway testing
• Strong electromechanical skills and proficiency in reading electrical schematics
• Proficiency in technical English
• Ability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation
• Proficiency with IT and computer tools
• Willingness to travel occasionally for international client support or technology transfer
