About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform static and dynamic testing on locomotives, traction units, and RGV sets in strict accordance with testing procedures
- Troubleshoot and identify electrical faults using technical documentation and electrical schematics
- Accurately record all faults and issues within defect tracking tools
- Document test results to compile complete technical delivery files
- Adhere strictly to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree in electrotechnics, maintenance, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in railway testing
- Strong electromechanical skills and proficiency in reading electrical schematics
- Proficiency in technical English
- Ability to work in a 3x8 shift rotation
- Proficiency with IT and computer tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for international client support or technology transfer
