Technicien d’exploitation

Responsibilities

• Manage operational maneuvers and ensure the mastery of installations and equipment performance
• Optimize technical performance and production outputs
• Perform systematic tasks including water and ammonia injection
• Conduct chemical monitoring of water for incineration lines and processes
• Execute operational maintenance and provide support during technical shutdowns
• Identify and implement technical solutions to improve processes
• Provide practical training for newly hired operators and staff
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in Productique, Engineering Assistance, Climate Engineering, or Process Control
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial plant operations, preferably in shift work (3x8)
• Experience in thermal production (industrial boilers, thermal plants) or process control (smoke or water treatment)
• Mandatory electrical certifications: B1V-H0
• Required certifications: CACES 3/4/9 and fire safety training
• Strong autonomy, rigor, and ability to propose improvements
• Professional interpersonal skills and ability to report effectively to management
