About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise production workshop activities, including machining and finishing
- Ensure the performance of production means while respecting sector objectives
- Provide daily technical and quality support to workshop trades
- Act as the technical respondent for the zone, analyzing and communicating risks
- Manage tooling and consumables
- Define, maintain, and analyze production indicators and data
- Ensure the reliability of workshop master data and compliance with procedures
- Verify the conformity of new tools and processes
- Participate in continuous improvement actions and optimization of operating methods
Requirements
- Technicien ES degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of problem-solving quality tools (e.g., 8D, Pareto)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team player with a high degree of autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the watchmaking industry
- Proficiency with SAP
- Experience in project management
