Technicien d'Exploitation

Responsibilities

• Operate distillation columns in automatic mode and manage packaging units for chemical products.
• Perform pre- and post-filling checklists to ensure quality and compliance.
• Handle the connection and maneuvering of raw material and finished product packaging (canisters).
• Manage manual packaging processes within glove boxes and perform specific canister cleaning.
• Record production data in management tools and manage small-volume molecule receptions and shipments.
• Ensure strict adherence to all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) rules and procedures on a SEVESO site.
• Work on a rotating shift schedule: one week of day shifts, followed by alternating weeks of morning (5h-13h) or afternoon (13h-21h) shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a BTS or DUT in Chemistry, Physical Measurements, or Process Engineering (Bac+2).
• Solid understanding of distillation principles.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and system supervision.
• Understanding of chemical risks and the handling of chemical products.
• Strong safety, quality, and reliability mindset.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems with reactivity.
