Technicien de maintenance VL- PL H/F

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance including oil changes, filtration, and functional inspections to ensure fleet availability.
• Execute corrective maintenance and troubleshooting for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures.
• Repair light vehicles (VL), heavy goods vehicles (PL/SPL), and specialized industrial equipment such as vacuum trucks and high-pressure units.
• Ensure full traceability of interventions using internal management tools (GMAO).
• Manage spare parts requirements and perform administrative data entry in internal software.
• Propose technical improvements and preventive actions to optimize fleet reliability.

Requirements

• Formal training in automotive maintenance, heavy vehicle maintenance, or construction machinery.
• Proficiency in mechanical basics with a strong understanding of heavy goods vehicles (PL).
• Proven ability in diagnostic troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Previous experience working in a workshop environment (VL, PL, or specialized vehicles).
• Strong sense of rigor, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
