Technicien de Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operational condition of site installations through curative and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions in lines and equipment through technical analysis and parameter adjustment
• Evaluate duration and resources needed for interventions and plan actions accordingly
• Perform troubleshooting on all installations while respecting instructions and communicating with teams
• Execute the preventive maintenance program following operating procedures
• Respect and promote QHSE (quality, hygiene, safety, environment) rules
• Write and update intervention reports, maintenance plans, and technical documents
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve installation reliability

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent (BTS, DUT, etc.)
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial setting
• Technical skills in electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and documentation
• Availability to work in a 3x8 rotating shift schedule (morning/afternoon/night)
