About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and curative maintenance on mechanical equipment at concrete batching plants to optimize production.
- Diagnose the origin of failures using logical and methodological processes and provide detailed breakdown reports.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors during maintenance operations, ensuring safety protocols and prevention plans are followed.
- Manage supplies of consumables and materials required for scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Provide field training to operators regarding first-level maintenance of their equipment.
- Travel daily to various sites within the sector (Serezin du Rhône, Reventin, Chanas, Chassieu, and Beaurepaire).
Requirements
- Educational background: BAC to Bac +2 in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or mechanical fields.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in welding, metalwork, and mechanical replacement of large components.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical plans and diagrams.
- Knowledge of electromechanics, industrial automation, and fluid/energy lockout procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid electrical certifications (BR, BC).
- CACES 3 and 5 certifications.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in managing subcontractors.
