Technicien de maintenance informatique en datacentre

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain hardware equipment across four datacenters to ensure service continuity.
• Monitor server health and respond to alerts or client tickets to maintain infrastructure reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hardware components to ensure stability.
• Optimize servers by replacing obsolete components and managing hardware lifecycles.
• Work in a rotating shift pattern (3x8h) to provide 24/7 service coverage.
• Collaborate with the technical team on continuous improvement projects and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Educational background: BAC+2/DUT/BTS or Bac in IT systems, digital technology, networking, or telecommunications.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware.
• Understanding of industrial safety standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
• High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for troubleshooting hardware issues.
