Technicien de maintenance en CVC

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for refrigeration, air conditioning (direct expansion, chilled water, air treatment), and heating systems.
• Diagnose technical failures using systematic analysis methods.
• Execute repairs autonomously or in collaboration with team members.
• Provide on-site customer service by explaining interventions, offering advice, and generating quick quotes.
• Complete administrative tasks including writing intervention reports and confirming job completion with the scheduling manager.
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Formal training in Climate Engineering (Génie Climatique) or significant experience as a self-taught professional.
• Proven previous experience in a similar HVAC maintenance or repair role.
• Mandatory valid fluids certification (habilitations fluides).
• Strong technical analysis and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with clients.
• High level of reactivity and adaptability to different technical environments.
