Technicien de maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring of production and auxiliary equipment to ensure stability, productivity, and safety.
• Execute curative and preventive maintenance tasks, as well as work related to new investments.
• Prioritize technical problem-solving in the workshop regarding safety, quality, and processes.
• Manage preventive maintenance operations for N1 lines and perform N2 operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement actions, standardization, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Identify and report spare part needs and stock management requirements to the supervisor.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and equipment history.
• Assist in training new line operators.

Requirements

• Bac Pro or Bac+2 degree in maintenance, electrotechnics, or mechanics.
• 3 to 5 years of technical experience in an industrial environment.
• Proven ability to perform technical diagnostics and troubleshoot failures.
• Strong ability to follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Skills in monitoring work, communicating effectively, and problem-solving.
