About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot the banana ripening process according to customer orders
- Program ripening rooms (temperature, humidity, ventilation, ethylene injection)
- Control fruit quality at the entry and exit of the rooms
- Ensure traceability and computer entry of lots
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams
Requirements
- Bac level minimum, ideally in the food industry
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable sector or ripening
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and hygiene/safety rules
- Proficiency in ripening room control tools and simple IT tools
- Rigorous, organized, dynamic, and reactive personality
