Technicien Agroalimentaire – Mûrissage Bananes

Responsibilities

• Pilot the banana ripening process according to customer orders
• Program ripening rooms (temperature, humidity, ventilation, ethylene injection)
• Control fruit quality at the entry and exit of the rooms
• Ensure traceability and computer entry of lots
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams

Requirements

• Bac level minimum, ideally in the food industry
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable sector or ripening
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and hygiene/safety rules
• Proficiency in ripening room control tools and simple IT tools
• Rigorous, organized, dynamic, and reactive personality
