Technicien AGA

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect medical devices and consumables at patients' homes or medical facilities.
• Verify the proper functioning and condition of equipment with the client upon delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on device operation, safety instructions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Collect necessary administrative information and handle payments or provisions.
• Act as a point of contact for medical delegates, prescribers, and pharmacists regarding home services.
• Assist with agency stock management and the cleaning/disinfection of equipment.
• Participate in on-call shifts according to the established schedule.
• Adhere to company quality, hygiene, and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Professional training at the Bac to Bac+2 level (e.g., Aide-soignant or Ambulancier).
• Strong knowledge of medical devices and their proper usage.
• Proficiency in office tools and Google Suite.
• Ability to perform on-call duties and travel frequently within the region.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
