Technician/Salesperson - Technology & Entertainment

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service to technology and entertainment customers
• Assist customers with technical queries regarding PCs, software, and related peripherals
• Manage customer needs while simultaneously handling various technical work tasks
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store targets

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Strong knowledge of technology and entertainment products
• Technical understanding of peripherals including digital cameras, printers, networking, and software
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and excellent communication skills
