Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for PCs, software, and related peripherals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving
- Manage work tasks while servicing customer needs
- Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure satisfaction
- Work towards exceeding individual and store sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-focused retail business
- High level of Technology and Entertainment product knowledge
- Technical knowledge of peripherals including digital cameras, printers, and networking
- Knowledge of software programs
- Knowledge of Apple products is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and late nights
