Technician/Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and set up various shredding, grinding, and cleaning machines
• Resolve day-to-day operational and maintenance issues
• Calibrate probes and monitor pH of processed waste
• Clear machine jams and perform daily cleaning in coordination with maintenance
• Monitor machine performance and notify maintenance of issues
• Load and unload trailers
• Maintain a clean work area and tools
• Adhere to all safety rules and wear required PPE

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate large precision shop machinery
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement aptitude
• Ability to work overtime and follow safety-sensitive protocols
• Reliable transportation
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Previous forklift experience
