Technician/Engineering

Responsibilities

• Handle operational and maintenance issues, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed
• Perform repair and maintenance work (mechanical, electrical/electronic, plumbing, civil, etc.)
• Provide rapid response to major damage conditions at Cove properties
• Implement energy efficiency efforts to reduce electricity, water, and other resource usage
• Maintain company inventory and landlord building equipment through thorough preventive maintenance programs
• Supervise vendors for repair and maintenance work that cannot be handled internally
• Execute other tasks related to facility management

Requirements

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate
• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work mobile
