About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the commissioning and proper functioning of slot machines
- Intervene in case of technical malfunctions and perform first-level maintenance
- Assist customers with machine usage and respond to their requests
- Participate in the monitoring and smooth running of gaming operations
- Maintain excellence in reception and service within the Slot Machine area
Requirements
- Service-oriented, reactive, and rigorous
- Comfortable with both technical aspects and customer contact
- Previous experience in customer relations, technical maintenance, or leisure environments is appreciated
- Availability for shift work including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
