About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the commissioning and proper functioning of slot machines
  • Intervene in case of technical malfunctions and perform first-level maintenance
  • Assist customers with machine usage and respond to their requests
  • Participate in the monitoring and smooth running of gaming operations
  • Maintain excellence in reception and service within the Slot Machine area

Requirements

  • Service-oriented, reactive, and rigorous
  • Comfortable with both technical aspects and customer contact
  • Previous experience in customer relations, technical maintenance, or leisure environments is appreciated
  • Availability for shift work including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
