About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized technical support to VIP clients
- Ensure proper functioning of IT kiosk equipment through regular checks
- Offer exceptional customer service and guide users on equipment usage
- Identify and resolve technical issues quickly, collaborating with other teams when necessary
- Provide basic training on equipment and software to improve user autonomy
- Manage priorities and requests with a focus on VIP satisfaction
- Maintain detailed reports on interventions and propose improvements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Rigorous approach to following procedures
- Collaborative and motivated team player
- Availability for on-call shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments (software and hardware)
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) is mandatory
