Technician Tightening Systems

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test tightening products according to production work orders and Bill of Material (BOM)
• Repair and test tightening products and systems using hand tools and mechanical/electrical testing equipment following blueprints and manuals
• Analyze test results, including statements of conformity and interpretation
• Conduct failure analysis for warranty claims and provide quotations for non-warranty repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure products meet the Bosch Rexroth Quality system
• Provide occasional field service, replacement, and installation services for customers (requires approximately 10% travel)
• Participate in departmental trainings and meetings as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related experience with tightening tools or similar products
• Comprehensive product knowledge of tightening tools
• Proven mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office, Outlook, and SAP
• Strong organization, prioritization, and technical accuracy skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year associate's degree in a technical field
