Technician - Test - Level 2

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of microwave subsystems and circuit card assemblies in a production environment.
• Conduct RF tuning and testing on multi-function thin film microwave integrated circuits (MICs).
• Review test data carefully to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Follow production documentation and processes, maintaining detailed records of testing and rework.
• Participate in daily production meetings and interface regularly with manufacturing engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in basic electronics testing, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with microwave circuit alignment and troubleshooting microwave subsystems.
• Manual dexterity with the ability to work using a microscope and small hand-tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills (file manipulation and organization).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws.

• Hands-on experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
