Technician - Technology & Entertainment

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and customer service for PCs, software, and peripherals
• Assist customers with queries regarding technology and entertainment products
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective problem-solving to ensure satisfaction
• Manage technical work tasks while prioritizing customer needs
• Work towards exceeding individual and store sales targets

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• High level of technology and entertainment product knowledge
• Technical knowledge of peripherals including digital cameras, printers, and networking
• Proficiency with various software programs
• Knowledge of Apple products is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
