Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and customer service for PCs, software, and peripherals
- Support customer queries with high-level technology and entertainment product knowledge
- Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure timely, accurate service
- Manage technical work tasks while prioritizing customer needs
- Work towards exceeding individual and store sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-focused retail business
- Technical knowledge of peripherals including digital cameras, printers, and networking
- Strong software knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
- Highly motivated with outstanding communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Apple products
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
