Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and customer service for PCs, software, and peripherals
- Assist customers with technical queries regarding technology and entertainment products
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective problem-solving to ensure satisfaction
- Manage technical work tasks while prioritizing customer needs
- Work towards exceeding individual and store sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-focused retail environment
- Strong technical knowledge of peripherals, including digital cameras, printers, and networking
- Proficiency with various software programs
- Knowledge of Apple products is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
