Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 itinerant appliance after-sales service (SAV) technicians
• Conduct team meetings and individual interviews
• Supervise field interventions and assist with complex technical files
• Accompany technicians during client visits
• Set qualitative and quantitative objectives and monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
• Provide technical support to the team
• Manage the intervention and repair process

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in managing technical teams
• Strong managerial skills (animation, coaching, and team building)
• Solid knowledge of the after-sales service (SAV) sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical tracking tools
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory
• Ability to travel regularly across Occitanie and Nouvelle Aquitaine
