Technician Service I-Automotive Mechanic/Electrician

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and field service repairs for automotive electrical, HVAC, and suspension systems
• Perform pre-delivery and post-delivery problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction
• Travel on-site for field service repairs and provide phone-based technical support
• Research and order parts and enter claims into SAP
• Provide technical training to customers and employees on all brands
• Guide field technicians through troubleshooting system failures via telephone

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of electrical or manufacturing experience
• 2 years of call center or customer service experience
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, and suspension components
• Valid Florida driver’s license and a valid Passport
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for field service work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and basic computer skills (45 WPM)
• Ability to drive heavy and light-duty ambulances
