Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth hotel operations and guest experiences through maintenance tasks
• Lead maintenance assistants and perform hands-on repairs
• Maintain the hotel in optimal condition through regular inspections and upkeep
• Adhere to safety and health standards during all maintenance activities
• Manage diverse tasks with organizational skill and manual dexterity

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Proficiency in German
• Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to use digital tools and learn new systems
• Commitment to excellent guest service
