About the role
Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and technical issues on professional kitchen equipment
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and component replacements
- Advise and support customers in the use and maintenance of their equipment
- Draft technical documents including reception reports, commissioning reports, and technical assessments
- Work autonomously on-site with regular travel within the assigned commercial sector
- Act as the primary link between customers and the Customer Experience Department
Requirements
- Experience in refrigeration or electrotechnics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
