Technician Professional Kitchen After-Sales Service

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and technical issues on professional kitchen equipment
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and component replacements
• Advise and support customers in the use and maintenance of their equipment
• Draft technical documents including reception reports, commissioning reports, and technical assessments
• Work autonomously on-site with regular travel within the assigned commercial sector
• Act as the primary link between customers and the Customer Experience Department

Requirements

• Experience in refrigeration or electrotechnics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and cold environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
