Technician Production/Maintenance/Repair

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth production processes for PC-controlled manufacturing and testing machines within a production shift
• Perform repair, maintenance, and servicing tasks on machinery and equipment
• Execute strategic process optimizations to support production expansion
• Assist in the setup of new machines, systems, and assembly/testing stations
• Plan and control automated production processes
• Develop technical solutions and specifications in collaboration with development departments

Requirements

• Technical training in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Precision Engineering
• Professional experience in the manufacturing of electronic assemblies is preferred
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Strong organizational skills, foresight, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• High level of initiative, commitment, and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
