Technician - Production

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-preparation tasks for mould changing to minimize downtime
• Load moulds efficiently according to SOPs and set up machines per product specifications
• Monitor active machines to identify and correct operational abnormalities
• Execute cleaning and maintenance of change parts, mould accessories, and material handling equipment
• Perform in-process quality checks and verify product specification accuracy
• Maintain mould history cards and report maintenance needs to supervisors
• Provide training, mentoring, and direction to machine operators regarding equipment and procedures
• Adhere strictly to company HSE guidelines and safety precautions during all operations

Requirements

• CIPET qualification with background knowledge of plastics processing
• ITI qualification
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in the plastic manufacturing industry
• Proven experience with Injection Stretch Blow Moulding and Extrusion Blow Moulding technology
• Strong knowledge of production processes and mould changing/setting
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
