Technician (Packaging Department)

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair, and optimization of packaging machines and systems (e.g., weighing, labeling, and film machines)
• Ensuring smooth technical processes within the packaging workflow
• Error analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic components
• Supporting the introduction of new packaging technologies
• Collaborating with production, sorting, quality assurance, and warehouse logistics departments
• Documenting maintenance work and technical inspections according to internal standards and legal requirements

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or Electronics Technician)
• Experience in packaging technology and/or food processing is an advantage
• Knowledge of pneumatics, control technology, and machine maintenance
• High quality awareness and technical understanding
• Ability to work in a team, initiative, and flexibility
