Technician Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on live installation threads and run pre-install prep calls with technicians
• Perform real-time troubleshooting for ISP circuit turn-up, VLAN mismatches, DHCP reservations, inter-VLAN routing, and IPSec tunnel failures
• Own the final sign-off process by validating hardware status, ISP quality, and HA failover
• Document deployment progress and proactively surface blockers to technical project managers
• Partner with Operations Engineering to identify failure patterns and develop new playbooks or tooling
• Translate field technician insights into hardware and software product improvements

Requirements

• Experience in networking and technical troubleshooting
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Strong documentation skills and a builder's mindset
• Ability to solve complex problems in real-time environments
