Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components within the Dry-etch section of the ICN8 semiconductor fab
• Resolve both process and machine-related disturbances to ensure high equipment availability
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks following established procedures, flow diagrams, and checklists
• Work closely with operators and engineers within a cleanroom environment
• Participate in a comprehensive 1.5 to 2-year training program to master system troubleshooting

Requirements

• MBO level 4 qualification in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Metal-Electro)
• Strong analytical skills and a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure
• Basic proficiency in the English language
• Willingness to work in shift patterns (5-shift or 2-shift systems)
• Disciplined work attitude and a desire to learn
