Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical component failures within the WET and FURN production sections
• Perform preventive maintenance on systems to ensure high equipment availability
• Resolve both process-related and machine-related disturbances in a cleanroom environment
• Follow established procedures, flow diagrams, and checklists to execute technical tasks
• Participate in an intensive 1.5 to 2-year training program to develop expert technical skills

Requirements

• MBO level 4 qualification in a technical field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Metal-Elektro)
• Strong analytical skills and a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure
• Basic proficiency in the English language
• Willingness to work in shift patterns (5-shift or 2-shift systems)
• Disciplined work attitude and a desire to learn in a high-tech environment
