Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components within the WET and FURN sections of the ICN8 semiconductor fab
• Resolve both process and machine-related disturbances to ensure high equipment availability
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks following established procedures, flow diagrams, and checklists
• Work closely with operators and engineers within a cleanroom environment
• Participate in a comprehensive training program lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 years to master system troubleshooting

Requirements

• MBO level 4 qualification in a technical field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Metal-Electro)
• Strong analytical skills and a disciplined work attitude
• Ability to function effectively under high pressure and maintain a result-oriented mindset
• Basic proficiency in the English language
• Willingness to work in shift rotations (5-shift or 2-shift patterns)
• Flexibility regarding availability outside of regular rostered hours
• Eagerness to learn and a strong willingness to undergo extensive technical training
