Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical component failures within the semiconductor production systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure high availability in a cleanroom environment
• Resolve both process-related and machine-related disturbances
• Follow technical procedures, flow diagrams, and checklists to maintain quality standards
• Participate in an extensive 1.5 to 2-year training program to transition from maintenance to advanced troubleshooting

Requirements

• MBO level 4 qualification in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Metal-Elektro)
• Strong analytical skills and a disciplined work ethic
• Ability to function effectively under high pressure and maintain a result-oriented mindset
• Basic proficiency in the English language
• Willingness to work in shift patterns (5-shift or 2-shift systems)
• Eagerness to learn and a commitment to continuous professional training
