Technician, MTB Finished Goods

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finished goods operations and personnel to ensure KPIs, compliance, and operational excellence are met.
• Monitor order release status in SAP and manage dispatching based on operational capacity.
• Execute and manage inbound and outbound shipments per SOP, ensuring all shipments are closed and PGI (Post Goods Issued) daily.
• Perform visual inspections of incoming shipments to identify and escalate issues such as damage or damp cargo.
• Support system transitions, including S4 HANA UAT testing, and implement error-proofing and new processes.
• Optimize physical storage bin utilization and manage SAP settings to maintain inventory compliance.
• Manage emergency response protocols (OCAP/BCP) for environmental issues like temperature control or leaks.
• Oversee tool preventive maintenance (PM) for equipment such as label and laser printers.
• Lead cycle count activities and validate results to ensure SOX compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and lead the creation of CAPA reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing logistics, or material management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, outbound shipment, and inventory accuracy.
• Proficiency with SAP or S4 HANA.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required by business needs.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is highly preferred.
