About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordination of construction activities
- Quality monitoring and cost tracking
- Billing and plan management
- Construction documentation and schedule tracking
- Tendering and contract management
- Managing additional cost claims
Requirements
- Completed technical training (HTL Civil Engineering and/or Civil Engineering degree)
- Experience in managing infrastructure construction projects
- Strong knowledge of technical, economic, and legal construction aspects (Austrian construction law)
- German language proficiency (minimum C1)
- Structured and precise working style
- Strong communication and social skills
