Technician - Line Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform Line Maintenance tasks on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft within the scope of CAR 66 Category A1 authorisation
• Execute scheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and defect rectifications to ensure operational readiness
• Conduct routine servicing, including Transit, Daily, and Weekly checks, and component replacements
• Prepare and utilize required documentation, parts, tools, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) according to issued instructions
• Report task status and any aircraft condition issues to the Certifying Engineer or Shift Manager
• Maintain high safety standards by following mandatory precautions and human factors protocols during all maintenance activities
• Manage tools and equipment responsibly to minimize waste and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced Civil Aircraft Maintenance Technician
• Holds a current CAR 66 CAT A1 Maintenance License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing maintenance on large commercial aircraft (Airbus types preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Base or Line Maintenance environment
• Proficiency in English for technical communications (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain a UAE Driver’s License
