Responsibilities

• Lead the team to hit fleet uptime and repair goals while executing complex robotic diagnostics
• Perform advanced repairs on electrical systems, control units, and associated hardware
• Act as process owner for the service center, refining workflows for repair accuracy and efficiency
• Provide high-level technical documentation and shift handovers
• Lead medium-to-high complexity projects tied to fleet reliability
• Serve as the primary DRI for troubleshooting systemic hardware issues and escalating to engineering
• Translate high-level key results into daily shift tasks and provide feedback on fleet health trends
• Use data-driven analysis to resolve systemic fleet issues with scalable solutions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of service work experience
• Prior experience in vehicle or fleet service
• Experience with work order management systems
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful MVR completion
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mesa, AZ
