Technician in Histology and Cell Culture

Responsibilities

• Implement test protocols according to GLP and SOPs
• Perform cell culture activities including 2D human primary cell culture and 3D tissue models
• Conduct histological activities such as sample fixation, inclusion, cryostat sectioning, and staining (HES, Fontana-Masson, etc.)
• Perform immunofluorescence (IF) analysis for biomarker detection
• Document all experimental steps in laboratory notebooks or LIMS
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment including incubators, microscopes, and cryostats
• Manage stocks of reagents, consumables, and samples

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 in cell biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cell culture (human primary cells, 3D models) and/or histological techniques
• Proficiency in histological techniques (fixation, inclusion, sectioning, IHC/IF)
• Mastery of cell culture in sterile L1/L2 environments
• Knowledge of GLP and traceability tools (LIMS)
• Ability to use laboratory equipment and microscopy (optical, fluorescence)
• English reading proficiency
