Technician in Civil and Road Construction

Responsibilities

• Perform independent measurements and provide graphical and mathematical representations of construction services
• Coordinate quantities with client representatives
• Monitor construction execution according to site management instructions
• Conduct site surveys and terrain measurements
• Design simple structural facilities and prepare corresponding plans and construction descriptions
• Maintain all necessary records for pricing and manage the construction diary
• Represent site management during short-term absences
• Create as-built plans and progress reports
• Review subcontractor invoices and manage price adjustments

Requirements

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH) or comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on civil engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with calculation and billing software, ideally RIB iTWO
• Team-oriented and conscientious working style
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
