Technician III, Production Technical Operations

Responsibilities

• Operate DSM Flex lines and Autoclave machines to manufacture, package, and sterilize contact lenses
• Perform lot changes and routine maintenance on DSM Flex lines
• Maintain high 5S standards and ensure complete batch documentation in accordance with procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality standards
• Initiate and execute at least one Kaizen improvement idea per year

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Higher Diploma
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (monthly rotation between day and night shifts)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a GMP-controlled manufacturing or production environment
