Technician III, Production Technical Operations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex production equipment to maintain output and quality targets.
• Monitor production quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage resources, review work orders, and maintain accurate production records to support performance tracking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with GxP standards and SOPs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical degree preferred).
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for automated production equipment.
• Knowledge of GxP standards and operating in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting production metrics.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST) on a 2-day on, 2-day off schedule, including every other weekend.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an FDA or ISO regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical depth in production equipment.
• Experience using Maximo or similar systems for managing spare parts inventory.
