Technician III, Process/Utility Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, utility, and facility systems in a GMP environment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot critical process equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
• Execute and document all maintenance activities within the Maximo CMMS to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Support equipment calibration, validation, and commissioning activities
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations
• Monitor maintenance inventory to ensure availability of critical spare parts and tools
• Train and mentor junior technicians on technical capabilities and GMP standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of related technical experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Must be able to work fully on-site at the Marlborough, MA facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Certification or Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
• Previous experience working within a cGMP pharmaceutical environment
• Experience using Maximo or similar CMMS software
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills regarding complex facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
