Technician III, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) compliance and verification checks for Head Gimbal Assembly (HGA) production areas
• Perform ESD control setup and ensure proper implementation of protection measures
• Verify and audit ESD control items to ensure compliance
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ESD control equipment and monitoring devices
• Inspect, test, and document performance of ESD control systems, including workstations, grounding devices, and ionizers
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, certifications, and maintenance activities
• Identify ESD-related issues and recommend corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, Computer, Industrial, or Electrical Technology
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical wirings and measuring equipment
• Understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) principles and industry standards
• Ability to diagnose ESD-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Proficiency in inspecting, testing, and calibrating ESD control equipment
• Ability to work onsite in Binan City, Laguna, Philippines
• Open to a shifting work schedule
