Technician III, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering

Responsibilities

• Create and modify part models, fixtures, and tooling designs using SolidWorks
• Operate conventional machining equipment including lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines
• Set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines for precision manufacturing
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs and machining processes
• Perform machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
• Conduct in-process inspections using metrology instruments to verify quality

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining or manufacturing
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation, setup, and maintenance
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and metrology instruments
• Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred
