About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and modify part models, fixtures, and tooling designs using SolidWorks
- Operate conventional machining equipment including lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines
- Set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines for precision manufacturing
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs and machining processes
- Perform machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
- Conduct in-process inspections using metrology instruments to verify quality
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining or manufacturing
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation, setup, and maintenance
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and metrology instruments
- Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing is preferred
