About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment systems to identify potential issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using specialized diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
  • Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components while maintaining detailed technical documentation.
  • Calibrate and test equipment to ensure compliance with operational specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements.
  • Maintain organized maintenance logs and equipment records for tracking and compliance.
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergency maintenance requests to minimize production disruptions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operations staff on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, Computer, Industrial, or Electrical Technology.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or engineering support roles.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) efficiently.
  • Ability to work an onsite, shifting work schedule in Biñan City, Laguna.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Experience applying quality assurance principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
